With their 106-96 victory over the Hornets on Saturday, the Rockets pushed their franchise-record winning streak to 18 games.

Houston is now tied with three other teams for the fourth longest stretch in NBA history.

The Rockets still have a way to go if they plan on breaking the record of 33 straight victories achieved by the Lakers in the 1971-72 season. The Suns and Mavericks each had 17-game winning streaks last season.
