The official 2009 NBA All-Star Ballot has been announced by the National Basketball Association (NBA), and voting will begin November 13 on NBA.com.

There are 23 international players on the ballot, including 11 from Europe. The 2009 NBA All-Star Game, which will be broadcast in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide, will be held at US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona on February 15, 2009. FIVE, the NBA's broadcast partner in the UK, will provide live coverage of the All-Star Game and All-Star Saturday Night.

Included in the list of 23 international players is seven-time All-Star Dirk Nowitzki of Germany, two-time All-Star Tony Parker of France and former All-Stars Pau Gasol of Spain, Mehmet Okur of Turkey and Andrei Kirilenko of Russia. Luol Deng will look to make history by becoming the first player from Great Britain to be named on an All-Star roster.

One hundred and twenty players - 60 each from the Eastern and Western conferences - are listed on the NBA All-Star ballot, with 24 guards, 24 forwards and 12 centers from each conference comprising the list. Voters select two guards, two forwards and one center from each conference. The 120 players on the ballot were selected by a panel of media who regularly cover the NBA. This year's panel included Paul Coro (Arizona Republic), Ernie Johnson (TNT), Jack McCallum (Sports Illustrated), David Moore (Dallas Morning News), Marc Spears (Boston Globe) and Marc Stein (ESPN.com).

Make Luol Deng an All Star and vote here.
